Kutsuplus buses now run from 6am to midnight Monday to Friday. Rides can be booked from 5.45am.
The tailored Kutsuplus rides from stop to stop are rapidly increasing in popularity. In August, the number of rides was 5,861, in September 7,201 and in October 8,636. The number of rides has increased by 94 per cent from last May.
The number of registered Kutsuplus users already exceeds 17,000.The SMS booking, which allows people to use the service without registration, has also gained popularity.
User feedback has been mostly positive. The service is continuously developed on the basis of the feedback received and for example, the extension of the service hours was on customers' wish list.
The new type of, demand responsive Kutsuplus service has attracted considerable attention and received positive comments. At the beginning of October, Kutsuplus was awarded the Best Customer Experience Award in Finland. The award was granted by the Customer Experience Professionals Association CXPA Finland.
