Journey Planner on the HSL app available again

The Journey Planner on the HSL app is available again.

The HSL app is back to normal. The Journey Planner is also available on the app. Last week, HSL’s digital services were targeted by a denial-of-service attack. Many of our services were impacted by the attack but there are no signs of any data breaches affecting customers' personal information.

Situation on Monday 19 December at 4.15pm:

  • HSL app: The app is working normally. The Journey Planner on the app is also working normally.
  • Journey Planner through a browser: You can access the Journey Planner with a browser at hsl.fi/etusivu. The service is working normally.
  • HSL.fi: The service is working normally.
  • Routes and timetables in other services: In addition to HSL’s own services, you can search for routes by using third-party services, such as Google Maps.
