The refund application applies to the following strikes:
- Strike on 14-15 February. Submit your application by 15 April 2024.
The refund will be issued as a ticket code on the HSL app. If you are unable to use the HSL app and you have your season ticket on your HSL card, you will get a 1-day disposable card sent to you by mail. The ticket you get as a refund will have the same zones as on your season ticket.
