Ticket machines and HSL card top-ups temporarily unavailable on New Year's night

On the night of 31 December, tickets cannot be purchased at sales points or the large HSL ticket machines for approximately one hour starting at 11.30pm. Other ticket machines will also experience a short downtime during which tickets cannot be purchased. Existing value and season tickets on HSL cards can be used as usual. The downtime will not affect the HSL app.

The ticket prices for 2025 will be updated in our systems on the night of 31 December.

On the night of 31 December 2024, approximately from 11.30pm to 0.30am

  • You cannot buy tickets or top up your HSL card at sales points (R-kiosks, Prisma, S-market, and Alepa stores)
  • You cannot buy tickets or top up your HSL card at the large HSL ticket machines

Other ticket machines where HSL tickets can be purchased will be unavailable for about 15 minutes between midnight and 0.15am on 1 January 2025.

Please ensure that your HSL card has value, that you have a valid season ticket, or that you possess another ticket.

You can also purchase a day ticket in advance. Day tickets are available on disposable cards or your HSL card from the large HSL ticket machines or sales and service points. Additionally, you can buy advance purchase single tickets on disposable cards from sales and service points.
