With a more straightforward and user-friendly user interface, the new store will make purchasing tickets to the HSL card easier. You will no longer need to transfer tickets and value purchased in the new store separately to your HSL card; they will appear on your card immediately after purchase. The new HSL Ticket Store will work on phones, tablets, and computer browsers.
When the Ticket Store first opens, you will only be able to use it to top up your personal HSL card. However, later on, it will also be possible to top up other people's cards; for example, parents will be able to top up their children's cards. According to our current plan, this feature is expected to be available in August. We will announce the exact date as soon as it is confirmed.
Before the new ticket store opens, you can purchase value and tickets to your HSL card at R-kiosks or Alepa, S-market and Prisma stores, at the large ticket machines, and at HSL and municipal service points (find the closest sales or service point).
We are overhauling the payment of tickets and upgrading our back-end systems
The new HSL Ticket Store is part of a comprehensive overhaul aimed at simplifying ticket payment and usage and introducing a new ticketing backend system. These changes will expand the possibilities for digital transactions and self-service. Additionally, we will be able to develop new services more agilely in the future, as the digital sales system will adapt more flexibly to future needs.
