The popular 14-day, 30-day and 360-day season tickets are available via the HSL app and for the HSL card. In addition, 90-day season tickets are available for HSL cards, but they can only be purchased at sales and service points. Auto-renewing subscriptions and auto-renewing saver subscriptions are available via the HSL app.
Season tickets valid for 60 to 270 days have been removed from the ticket range entirely, and 90-day season tickets can only be purchased for HSL cards at sales and service points.
The changes to the ticket range took place on 21 September at around 10pm, as we began transitioning our ticket sales services to a new backend system. These changes are part of our larger ticketing overhaul.

Which season tickets have been discontinued?
- Season tickets valid for 60, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, and 270 days have been removed from the ticket range completely.
- 90-day tickets are no longer available via the HSL app and can only be purchased for HSL cards at sales and service points.
- The discontinued season tickets did not offer any price advantage, meaning that the daily price was the same regardless of which ticket you purchased.
When did the changes take effect?
- The above-mentioned season tickets were removed from the ticket range on Sunday, September 21, at around 10pm, when we began transitioning our ticket sales services to a new backend system and the large ticket machines were permanently closed.
- If you purchased a season ticket before it was removed from the ticket range, the ticket will remain valid until the end of its defined validity period.
Which season tickets remain available?
- You can purchase 14-day, 30-day, and 360-day tickets via the HSL app or for your HSL card either online via the HSL Ticket Store or at sales and service points.
- Sales and service points continue to sell 90-day tickets for HSL cards.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions and auto-renewing saver subscriptions are available via the HSL app.
A decision on the changes to the range of season tickets was made in the autumn of 2024.
