Tram routes 2, 4, 7A and 7B will be diverted due to the Christmas Street opening parade on Sunday 24 November approximately from 3pm to 4pm.
<ul><li>Trams 2 and 4 will run via Kruununhaka instead of Aleksanterinkatu.</li>
<li>Trams 7A and 7B will run along Kaivokatu and Kaisaniemenkatu. The trams will not serve  Aleksanterinkatu, Snellmaninkatu and Liisankatu.</li>
</ul>The opening parade will start off from the Senate Square at around 3.20pm, make its way from Aleksanterinkatu to Mannerheimintie and Pohjoisesplanadi from where it returns to the Senate Square via Unioninkatu. The parade may cause delays to downtown tram and bus services.
