Helsinki internal bus routes 70T and 24 as well as regional route 502 will be diverted on Saturday afternoon 14 May due to Helsinki City Run half-marathon.
Bus 24 will run along Mechelinkatu 3.15pm - 6pm, i.e. the bus will not serve Hietaniemi. The bus will run to Munkkiniemi instead of Seurasaari, terminating at the ”Laajalahden aukio” bus stop (1401).
The following bus stops will not be served: ”Väinämöisenkatu” (1265 and 1266), ”Arkadiankatu” (1267 and 1268), ”Hietaniemi” (1269 and 1270), ”Hietakannaksentie” (1258 and 1259) as well as ”Taivallahti” (1282).
In Seurasaari, the following bus stops will not be served: ”Humallahti” (1293 and 1294), ”Mäntyniemi” (1295 and 1296), ”Ruutikellarit” (1297 and 1298), ”Heikinniementie” (1299 and 1300) as well as ”Seurasaari” (1302).

On route 70T, services from Kamppi 2.57pm-4.37pm and from Suutarila 2.12pm-4.13pm will be diverted to run along Nordenskiöldinkatu instead of Sturenkatu and Helsinginkatu.
The following stops will not be served: ”Töölöntori” (1331), ”Ooppera (1332, 2062 and 2185), ”Diakoniapuisto” (2066 and 2067), ”Porvoonkatu” (2122 and 2145).

Regional route 502 will not serve Kallio. The bus will run along Kaisaniemenkatu, Kaivokatu, Mannerheimintie, Runeberginkatu and Topeliuksenkatu. This applies to services from Merihaka at 3.10pm, 3.40pm and 4.10pm and from Leppävaara at 3pm, 3.30pm and 4pm.
The bus will not serve the following stops: ”Hakaniemi” (2503), ”Kallion virastotalo” (0226 and 2129), ”Castréninkatu” (0227 and 0228), ”Kuntatalo” (0229 and 2128), ”Wallininkatu” (2126 and 2127), ”Diakoniapuisto” (2066 and 2067), ”Töölön kisahalli” (2064 and 2065) as well as ”Ratikkamuseo”
(1328 ja 1329).

Runners will leave from Vauhtitie and the finish line is at the Töölö football stadium. Some 12,500 runners are expected to attend the event. The event will cause delays and disruptions to traffic.
