Bus routes 24 and 502 as well as tram route 8 will be diverted on Sunday 29 May due to Naisten 10 sports event.
On Sunday 29 May
- Mechelininkatu will be closed to traffic by Pohjoinen Rautatienkatu approximately 1pm–2pm.
- Hietaniemenkatu and Hiekkarannantie will be closed to traffic approximately 1pm–2.15pm.
- There will be no access from Paciuksenkatu to Seurasaarentie and Meilahdentie 1.15pm–2.30pm.
- Helsinginkatu will be closed to traffic 1.30pm–3.15pm.
Public transport diversion routes on Sunday 29 May
Tram route 8 diverted from 12noon to 4pm
There will be three different diversion routes:
12noon–1.30pm
The tram will run from Arabia to the Töölö depot. In Töölö, the tram will leave from/terminate at the ”Ooppera” (0241 / 0242) stop. The tram will not serve the section of route from Mannerheimin to Saukonpaasi.

The tram will use two separate routes:
- The loop …Hämeentie–Sturenkatu–Läntinen Brahenkatu–Helsinginkatu–Hämeentie…
- From the Töölö depot to Saukonpaasi normal route.

Helsinki bus route 24 diverted 12.45pm–2pm
The bus will run along …Mannerheimintie–Arkadiankatu–Runeberginkatu–Topeliuksenkatu–Haartmaninkatu–Tukholmankatu–Paciuksenkatu–Munkkiniemen puistotie–Laajalahden aukio. The bus will serve all bus stops along the diversion route, marked on the route map.

The bus will not serve Mechelininkatu, Hietaniemi and Seurasaari and it will not serve the following bus stops:
