Poor weather conditions are causing delays to public transport on Wednesday 24 January. There are delays to train services due to the severe weather but also due to technical problems. In addition, there are delays to tram services. The continuing heavy snowfall is also expected to affect bus services. 
The bad weather is expected to continue into Wednesday evening and passengers are advised to allow extra time for their journeys.
