The indoor waiting rooms are closed to ensure safe distancing when waiting for the ferry.&nbsp;
At the Katajanokka service ferry terminal, the ticket machine is in the waiting room. If you are travelling on the service ferry, you need to buy your ticket before entering the ferry pier, e.g. by using the HSL app. The closest ticket sales outlet is Alepa Katajanokka (at Merisotilaankatu 1), some 400 meters from the ferry terminal. At the Market Square, the ticket machines are available as normal.
