Pikkalankatu will be closed for traffic between 9 and 20 August 2021 due to pipe renovation taking place in the bus terminal of Ala-Malmi. Due to the renovation, temporary changes will be made to the bus departure bays and buses will be diverted when leaving and arriving at the bus terminal. The renovation will affect bus routes 69, 70, 71, 77N, 552 and 553 as well as neighborhood routes 603, 701 and 702.
Bays 20 (H3445), 21 (H3444) and 22 (H3442) are closed. Instead, buses will use bays 23 (H3443) and 24 (H3441) as well as a temporary bus stop located on Malminkaari.

Bus 69
Bus 69 will run pass the terminal along Malminkaari in the direction of Jakomäki. The temporary bus stop on Malminkaari is located near the overpass by the train station. Bus stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 21 (H3444), and “Paavolantie” (H3457) are closed.
Bus 70
Bus 70 departs from the Malmi bus terminal and runs to Kamppi via Vilppulantie. The bus departs from stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 24 (H3441). Bus stops “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 23 (H3443), and “Paavolantie” (H3457) are closed.
Bus 71
Bus 71 departs from the Malmi bus terminal and runs to Kamppi via Vilppulantie. The bus departs from stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 24 (H3441). Bus stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 23 (H3443), and “Malmin asematie (H3238)” are closed.
Night bus 77N
The bus will not stop at the bus terminal in Ala-Malmi when driving in the direction of Jakomäki but continues straight along Malminkaari. A temporary bus stop is located near the overpass by the train station over at the Malmin Nova shopping center. The bus stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 21 (H3444), will not be served.
Bus 552
Bus 552 departs from the Malmi bus terminal and runs to Kamppi via Vilppulantie. The bus departs from stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 24 (H3441). Bus stops “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 22 (H3442), and “Malmin asematie (H3238)” are closed.
Bus 553
The bus will not stop at the bus terminal in Ala-Malmi when driving in the direction of Jakomäki but continues straight along Malminkaari. A temporary bus stop is located near the overpass by the train station over at the Malmin Nova shopping center. The bus stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 21 (H3444), will not be served.
Neighborhood routes 603 and 701
The buses will not run via Malminkaari. Neighborhood routes 603 and 701 will use the bus stop “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 23 (H3443), when driving in both directions. The buses will not serve bus stops “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 20 (H3445), and “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 24 (H3441).
Neighborhood route 702
The bus runs directly to Hietakummuntie from Pikkalankatu. Stops at the terminal: “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 24 (H3441), in the direction of Savela, and “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 23 (H3443), in the direction of Jakomäki. Bus stops “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 20 (H3445), and “Ala-Malmin tori”, bay 21 (H3444), and “Pekanraitti” (H3459) are closed.
