A and K trains operate a reduced service from Monday afternoon 12 December to Tuesday evening 13 December

A and K trains will run every 20 minutes from Monday afternoon 12 December to Tuesday evening due to the expected severe weather conditions. By reducing services, we aim to ensure effective operation of the services running.

Fintraffic, the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency, HSL and VR have together decided to put in place a reduced commuter train service in the capital region on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 December.

This means that A and K trains run every 20 minutes. Other commuter trains operate to their normal timetables.

The operators are monitoring the situation and passengers will be informed of any further service changes. Up-to-date information is available in the Journey Planner and on the HSL app.
