HSL to launch a survey on the impact of the metro extension
HSL will launch a survey on the impact of the extension of the metro line on Tuesday 10 January. The first phase of the survey will last for two weeks, during which we will gather opinions from passengers on the direct bus routes serving Länsiväylä and at the new metro stations (Finnoo, Kaitaa, Soukka, Espoonlahti and Kivenlahti).
Passengers will be handed cards with a link to the survey. The results from the survey can be monitored in real time.
The second phase of the survey will be carried out on the new feeder routes and at the new metro stations in Espoo (Finnoo, Kaitaa, Soukka, Espoonlahti and Kivenlahti) in March. The third phase of the survey will be carried out in a similar fashion in September.
