Why choose an auto-renewing subscription?

An auto-renewing subscription renews automatically and is charged to your debit or credit card every 30 days. You don’t need to remember to buy a new season ticket each month — your ticket is always valid and you can travel as much as you like. You can cancel the subscription at any time, without a cancellation fee.

Good to know about the campaign ticket

  • The offer applies to new auto-renewing subscriptions (30 days) purchased via the HSL app between 0.01am on 3 August 2026 and 11.59pm on 16 August 2026. The offer applies to adult tickets for all zones: AB, BC, CD, DE, ABC, BCD, CDE , ABCD, BCDE, ABCDE.
  • These tickets are personal. You must complete strong authentication to buy an auto-renewing subscription.
  • You can choose to start your season ticket immediately or set a start date within the next seven days.
  • Discounted season tickets are only available to customers entitled to HSL’s resident-price tickets. Read more about the HSL area and zones.
  • You can cancel your auto-renewing subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. If you don’t cancel your subscription, it will renew automatically every 30 days at the regular 30-day season ticket price. Read more about cancelling a subscription.

  • The value of the Wolt+ benefit is €35.94, and it’s only available to new Wolt+ customers. Customers will receive a voucher code for the service within 30 hours of purchasing an auto-renewing subscription.

How to buy an auto-renewing subscription on the app

  1. Update the HSL app on your phone to the latest version.
  2. Open the HSL app.
  3. Go to Tickets and select Season ticket.
  4. Log in with your HSL account if you are not already logged in.
  5. Select your travel zones. Please note that you cannot change the zones of your ticket after purchase. More information about zones
  6. Select customer group Adult.
  7. Select Auto-renewing as the ticket duration.
  8. Set the validity period. You can choose to start immediately or within seven days of purchase.
  9. Select the payment method and go to payment.

If you are buying a season ticket in the HSL app for the first time, you will need to complete strong authentication using your online banking credentials or mobile ID. Authentication allows us to verify your home municipality via the suomi.fi system to correctly price your ticket.
