HSL will conduct a ticket survey on the orange trunk route buses this autumn. The survey begins on Monday 5 September and will continue until the end of September.
The aim of the survey is to gather information on the tickets our customers use as well as their home municipality.
The information gathered from the ticket survey will be used in the planning and development of public transport services.
The survey is conducted by HSL's ticket inspectors along with normal ticket inspections. The ticket inspectors will conduct the interviews onboard the vehicles. The survey goes smoothly if passengers have their tickets easily accessible.
We hope that the survey will not cause any inconvenience to passengers. We would also like to thank everyone for their input in the survey!
