Enable app notifications in the HSL app settings. To do this, you need to log in to the app. You can find detailed instructions on how to activate the notifications on the New HSL app notifications page.
We will implement the app notifications for service disruptions in the coming days. We will send an app notification of this to all customers who have enabled notifications in the app.
You can select the routes and stops for which you wish to receive notifications in the HSL app. The app will then notify you if there are changes to your selected routes that affect your journey. If you wish, you can also receive the notifications to your email. Planning your journeys will be easier when you have information of any changes in advance.
