Bus routes operating along Laajasalontie will be diverted from Tuesday 1 June 2021 due to the demolition of the Reposalmentie Bridge. The changes will affect all bus routes operating along Laajasalontie, i.e. routes 84, 85N, 86, 86N, 87N, 88, 88B and 802. The changes are related to the conversion of Laajasalontie into boulevard between Yliskyläntie and Koirasaarentie.
Changes to bus routes 84, 88 and 88B
Bus routes 84, 88 and 88B will be diverted to run direct from Laajasalontie to Koirasaarentie. The buses will not run via Kuvernöörintie and Isosaarentie, i.e. they will not serve the following stops: "Itäniitynpolku" (H4085, H4086), "Humalniementie" (H4087, H4088), "Reposalmentie" (H4547, H4548), "Jussaarenkuja" (H4091, H4092) and "Isosaarentie" (H4093, H4094). Buses 85 and 86 continue to run along Kuvernöörintie.
The buses will serve the new "Koirasaarentie" (H4975, H4976) and "Yliskylän keskusta" (H4161, H4942) stops on Laajasalontie.
Changes to bus routes 85, 86, 86N and 87N
Bus routes 85, 86, 86N and 87N will be diverted to run directly along Laajasalontie. The buses will not serve the following stops: "Reposalmentie" (H4547, H4548), "Jussaarenkuja" (H4091, H4092) and "Isosaarentie" (H4093, H4094). Instead, the buses will serve the new "Koirasaarentie" (H4975, H4976) and "Yliskylän keskusta" (H4161, H4942) stops on Laajasalontie.
Change to neighborhood route 802
Neighborhood route 802 will turn around at the end Kirkkosalmentie and run via Kuvernöörintie.
The bus will not serve the "Reposalmensilta" (H4549) bus stop. Instead, it will serve new "Sarvastonkaari" (H4127, H4128) and "Kirkkosalmentie" (H4329) stops.
