Buses 17, 55 and 502 will no longer run via the Haapaniemenkatu tunnel from 7 June due to construction. Bus route 17 will be withdrawn from 7 June (separate release) and bus 502 will re rerouted to Karhupuisto (separate release).
Bus 55 will continue to serve the area but it will have new stops on Sörnäisten rantatie. Also bus 16 will start serving the same stops, improving service supply in the direction of the Railway Square.
The new stop arrangements are related to the Crown Bridges project set to start in the summer. Read more about the project.
