There will be changes to L train services to Helsinki on the night of Thursday 4 November due to track work. The trains will run through some stations without stopping.
Passengers heading in the direction of Helsinki are advised to use alternative bus links from some of the intermediate stations.
Service changes in detail
- The 0.08am L train from Siuntio will be replaced by an X train.
- Between Leppävaara and Pasila, the train will only stop at Huopalahti station.
- The 0.37am L train from Kirkkonummi will be replaced by a U train.
- Between Leppävaara and Pasila, the train will only stop at Huopalahti station.
- The 3.57am L train from Kirkkonummi will not stop at Ilmala station.
There will also be platform changes at Leppävaara, Huopalahti and Pasila stations. Please listen to station announcements and see station displays for up-to-date information. There will be no changes to departure times.
Alternative transport links
There are buses serving the intermediate stations, i.e. Mäkkylä, Pitäjänmäki, Valimo and Ilmala stations. For example, buses 231N and 235N to Elielinaukio in Helsinki and bus 23 from Ilmala
Bus 23 serves the stops under Ilmala station.
