Public transport street between Suurpelto and Kuurinniitty in Espoo to open on 10 January 2022. Changes to bus routes also in Tuomarila, Espoon keskus and Kauklahti

A new public transport street between Suurpelto and Kuurinniitty, Salinpellontie, will open on 10 January 2022. The new street will improve public transport links, for example, between Tapiola and Espoon keskus. Bus route 118 will start to run along the new street. With its increased service frequency, the bus will provide a robust crosstown transport link. The changes will extend to Kauklahti where Bassenkylä will get a new bus service. Changes will affect bus routes 118, 213, 213N and 224.
There are two new routes, 166K and 242.
