Entrance G between Hämeentie and Helsinginkatu at the Sörnäinen Metro Station will be closed on Monday 2 January 2023 due to the refurbishment of the station. Viewed from the Metro, entrance G is the second farthest entrance in the station ticket hall. Entrance G is a staircase entrance.
In addition, entrance A between Helsinginkatu and Vaasanpuistikko (Vaasanaukio) will remain closed for a few months. The entrance was originally closed in August. Viewed from the Metro, entrance A is the first entrance in the station ticket hall.

Impact on routes towards Brahe sports field and Hakaniemi
When the G and A entrances are closed, you can use entrance C on Hämeentie to transfer from the Metro to trams running in the direction of Hakaniemi, Kallio and Töölö. Viewed from the Metro, entrance C is the second exit in the ticket hall.
In addition, the lift at entrance B between Vaasanpuistikko and Helsinginkatu will remain in use.
