Changes to tram services on 30 April due to crowning of Havis Amanda statue

Trams 2, 3 and 9T will be diverted on Wednesday 30 April from 2pm to 9pm due to the crowning of the Havis Amanda statue at the Market Square. Replacement bus 3X will run between the Olympia Terminal and Lasipalatsi.

Diversion routes from 2pm to 9pm

Tram 2 from Pasila station will run via Mannerheimintie and Bulevardi to the Hietalahti (H0811) stop in Ruoholahdenranta. The tram will then change its route number to 3 and return towards Pikku Huopalahti along the same route.

Tram 3 from Pikku Huopalahti will run via Bulevardi and Telakkakatu to the Eiranranta (H0826) stop, which is the terminus of tram 6T. From Eiranranta, the tram will continue towards Pasila station under route number 2.

Tram 9T from the West Terminal will run via Mannerheimintie to the Kolmikulma (H0709) stop, and then turn back towards the West Terminal. The tram will not run to the Central Railway Station or the Market Square.

Replacement bus 3X

Replacement bus 3X will run between the Lasipalatsi (H1902) and Eteläranta (H0433) stops via Mannerheimintie, Bulevardi, Fredrikinkatu, Tehtaankatu and Laivasillankatu approximately between 2pm and 10pm.

Just like trams, replacement bus 3X can be boarded through the middle doors. You do not need to show your valid ticket to the driver or card reader. The card reader is situated at the front door of the bus. When you are at a stop and see the bus approaching, put your arm out to signal the bus to stop.
