Trams to switch to summer timetables on 16 June – tram 1T to begin operating daily

Trams will switch to summer timetables on Monday 16 June. This will cause changes especially to weekday services, as most trams will run every 12 minutes. The summer timetables will be in effect until 10 August.

Tram 1T will begin operating daily from Monday 16 June. Tram 1 will not operate from 16 June to 10 August. This means that no trams will serve the “Eiran sairaala” (H0449), “Perämiehenkatu” (H0444 and H0445) and “Telakkakatu” (H0446) stops during the summer. You can use trams 3 and 6 and trunk route buses 20 and 30 as alternative services.

Starting 16 June, tram 8T will use the West Terminal as its terminus also on weekdays.

All up-to-date routes and timetables are available in the Journey Planner.
