Passengers can complete surveys during their journeys using their mobile phones. The platform allows HSL to conduct contextual surveys and also to deliver contextual communications.
All those interested in developing public transport services may join through the HSL app. The goal is to gather a community of 500,000 passengers that represents public transport passengers across the HSL area. The research platform tracks these passengers’ public transport journeys. When a passenger arrives at a location that is interesting for a research, the system will send them a survey or an assignment related to quality assessment.
The research platform was introduced in January 2023. The platform is used, for example, for digital customer satisfaction surveys
