We conduct various surveys to help us develop and improve public transport and the transport system in the Helsinki region.

Ongoing surveys

We conduct customer satisfaction surveys and fleet quality controls in the autumn

Also this autumn, we measure customer satisfaction with public transport services through an onboard survey. In addition, we conduct fleet quality controls on bus, tram, metro and commuter train services.

We study ticket types on rail services in the autumn

The autumn 2021 ticket survey launched on 30 August and will continue until 3 December. This time, the survey is conducted on rail services. The survey is conducted by HSL's ticket inspectors along with normal ticket inspections.
