A new, more personal hsl.fi
We have been developing HSL.fi to offer a more personalized service, so that you can keep up-to-date with the public transport matters that concern you.
The updated route search and nearby stops function makes it easier to find the route and timetables that are right for you – whether you are travelling by public transport, walking or cycling.
The starting point for the reshaped service has been the needs and wishes of our customers.
More speed and ease of use
In the My information section, you can view all the information related to your customer account in one place. You can, for example, view or top up your HSL card, edit your customer details, and add important areas, stops, and routes.
The Sales and service point search makes it easy to find the nearest location where you can buy HSL tickets or manage your customer account.
From the new customer service page, you can get help quickly and easily find the most suitable way to make contact.
Left your mobile on a bus or your wallet on a commuter train? From the Lost property page you can find information about who to contact.
Find the nearest bicycle park or car park from the map on the Park & Ride page. For some of these, you can also see the number of available spaces.
In addition, we have also made a number of other changes to the service to make it easier to use. The development work does not end here, of course, as there is still plenty more coming up!
