If you have lost your HSL card, contact
· HSL Customer Service or
· a service point
after 4pm on the working day following the day you lost your card.
You can cancel your card by contacting HSL Customer Service, by visiting a service point, or online in the HSL card service.

If you have lost something on a bus, tram, metro or Suomenlinna ferry, contact Löytötavarapiste.
It is advisable to contact the office at the earliest after 4pm on the day following the loss.
You can inquire about lost items by calling the office or by completing an online enquiry form. The office charges a fee for the lost and found items.
