Bus routes 55, 56 and 738 will be diverted via Kyläsaarenkatu and the “Haukilahdenkatu” (H3008) and “Sörnäistenkatu” (H3018) bus stops will move to Kyläsaarenkatu.

Southbound traffic along Hermannin rantatie (i.e. traffic in the direction of Kalasatama Metro Station) will be diverted via Kyläsaarenkatu from Tuesday 17 May due to the construction of the tramway between Kalasatama and Pasila. Northbound traffic has been diverted via Kyläsaarenkatu since January.

Bus routes 55, 56 and 738 will be diverted via Kyläsaarenkatu in both directions.

The “Haukilahdenkatu” (H3008) and “Sörnäistenkatu” (H3018) bus stops will move to Kyläsaarenkatu. There is a pedestrian access from the old “Sörnäistenkatu” stop to Kyläsaarenkatu.

The “Haukilahdenkatu” bus stop (H3009) on Kyläsaarenkatu for northbound buses, i.e. buses towards Kumpula, will be relocated some 50 meters forward in the direction of travel.

The changing traffic arrangements will also affect walking and cycling routes in the area.

The traffic arrangements are expected to remain in place for about a year. The construction works will also affect bus routes in Sompasaari and well as trams in Pasila. Links to separate releases.
