A, L and I trains to Helsinki will not stop at Ilmala station on Sunday 29 January due to crane work carried out on Veturitie near Pasila station. The work will affect the following services:
- A and L trains to Helsinki will not stop at Ilmala station from 6.35am to 11.15pm.
- I trains will not stop at Ilmala station from 10.00am to 11.30pm.
Trains from Helsinki will stop at Ilmala as usual.
In addition, track 11 at Pasila station will be closed for traffic from Saturday/Sunday night at 11.40pm to Monday morning at 5.00am. During the disruption, the trains that normally leave for Myyrmäki and Leppävaara from track 11 will depart from other tracks. Please listen to station announcements and see station displays for up-to-date information.
Alternative transport links from and to Ilmala
- Bus 23 runs from Ilmala to Pasila station. The bus serves the stop directly underneath the station, that is, bay 13. In addition, tram 9 runs from Ilmalantori to Pasila station.
- You can travel from Ilmala to Pasila and Helsinki by first taking an A, L or P train to Huopalahti and then changing to a train going to Helsinki.
- If you are travelling from Huopalahti to Ilmala, you can first travel to Pasila and then change to an A, L or P train going in the opposite direction.
