Terminus of bus route 400 to move to Kamppi on 6 March

The terminus of bus route 400 will move from Elielinaukio to the Kamppi bus terminal on Monday 6 March. The bus will also be rerouted to run via Topeliuksenkatu and Runeberginkatu.

The terminus of bus route 400 will move from Elielinaukio to the Kamppi bus terminal on Monday 6 March. The bus will also be rerouted to run via Topeliuksenkatu and Runeberginkatu.

The bus will depart from bay 50 at the Kamppi terminal.

There will also be minor changes to the timetables of the route. The bus will run as frequently as before.

The new route and timetables are available in the Journey Planner, remember to use a search date after 6 March. Timetables in PDF format are available in the printable timetables.

The changes are due to the renovation of Mannerheimintie, which commences on 6 March. The route change is made to alleviate congestion on Mannerheimintie. Mannerheimintie will be made one-way in both directions for the duration of the works. Read more about diversion routes caused by the renovation of Mannerheimintie in a separate release.

Changes to bus stops from 6 March

The bus will serve the following stops along the new route: "Hanken" (H1163 and H1305), "Apollonkatu" (H1307 and H1308), "Töölöntori" (H1309 and H1312), "Töölön kirjasto" (H1315 and H1346), "Kirjailijanpuisto" (H1318 and H1319) and "Töölöntulli" (H1326 and H1327). The new departure stop is bay  50 at the Kamppi bus terminal.

In addition to the departure stop at Elielinaukio, the bus will no longer serve the following stops: "Hesperian puisto" (H1908 and H1911), "Töölön kisahalli" (H1913 and H1914), "Kansaneläkelaitos" (H1916 and H1917) and "Töölöntulli" (H1918 and H1921).
