    Fault reports outside service hours
    If you encounter problems when returning a bike outside customer service hours, please send an email to CityBike. City Bike customer service can cancel the charge if you have been unable to return a bike due to technical problems with the bike or the bike station. 

    Please note that HSL customer service only assists with matters related to city bike registration. For all other CityBike-related matters, such as fault reports, please contact CityBike customer service.
