Cycling is an excellent way to maintain health and work ability. Encourage your employees to cycle by offering them access to the city bike service.

Offer city bikes to your employees

You can order a voucher code for your employees starting in March. The price is only €35 per person. The code covers the fee for the entire season in Helsinki and Espoo area.

The city bike season 2024 starts in April and ends in October.

Just like the employer-subsidized commuter ticket benefit, the city bike benefit provided by an employer to their employees is tax-free.

1. Use form below to order codes

Send your company information using the form below. You can order your employees a code to use when they register with the city bike service that will cover the season pass fee. Possible extra fees and other fees are charged to the employee’s payment card.

2. Pay the invoice

An automatically generated invoice will be emailed to you once you have submitted the form. Once you have paid the invoice, the city bike operator will sent you the voucher codes. Unused codes are not refunded.

3. Give out the code to your employees

All your employees use the same code: when the maximum amount users is reached, the code will no longer work. The city bike operator will later provide you a list of users who have used to code.
