In the first version of HSL Business Travel, it is not possible to issue both the Commuter Benefit and Business Travel to the same person.
If an employee who currently has a Commuter Benefit (an auto-renewing season ticket or a flexible mobility budget) wants to start using Business Travel, follow these steps:
- End the employee's Commuter Benefit using the End benefit button. Do not use Edit benefit validity or select an end date.
- Then send the employee a new invitation to activate HSL Business Travel.
