Edit the validity of benefits

You can edit the validity of the benefits of one or more beneficiaries by editing the beneficiaries on the Beneficiaries tab. Select the beneficiary or beneficiaries you want to edit. Then select Edit selected and Benefit validity. Change the benefit validity period as needed.

Please note that if an employee's benefit has been valid until further notice and you set a new start date for the benefit, the employee's season ticket will not renew in the HSL app before that date. Any valid season ticket will remain valid until the end of its current 30-day period.

If you want a benefit to be valid until further notice, select Valid until further notice.

Beneficiaries are automatically notified by email of any changes to the validity of their benefit.

If you want the benefit to end on a specific date, change the date in the Ends field. You an use this function, for example, to set an end date for an individual employee or a group of employees.

Beneficiaries with an auto-renewing season ticket:
The ticket will no longer renew in the HSL app. Any existing tickets will remain valid until the end of the current 30-day period.

Beneficiaries with a mobility budget:
The mobility budget will no longer be available after the end date.

You can end a benefit by selecting Disabled.

When editing multiple beneficiaries, the system displays the current status of each beneficiary and the available editing options.

Beneficiaries are automatically notified by email of any changes to the validity of their benefit.
