You can use Epassi to purchase HSL season tickets, multi‑journey tickets and single tickets.
Depending on the Epassi service package used by your company, you may either be able to transfer money to your Epassi balance or use another payment method.
If you cannot pay with Epassi in the HSL app:
- Check that the benefit provided by your employer includes commuting.
- Check that you have enough balance remaining.
- Check that the benefit is still valid.
If all of these are in order, try adding Epassi as a payment method in the HSL app again. It is also a good idea to reinstall the Epassi app and log in again.
After that, you can add Epassi again using the Add commuter benefit button in the ticket purchase menu of the HSL app.
Please note that if you have added Epassi more than once in the app, the most recently added Epassi appears at the bottom of the list. Always use the most recently added Epassi for payment. You can remove any extra Epassi payment methods in the app settings.
