Issue a monthly mobility budget. This option is particularly suited to regular commuting between home and work.

The monthly mobility budget encourages employees to come into the office more often. It is also easy to tailor to each employee's needs.

The mobility budget is the most versatile commuter benefit

Employees can access their mobility budget in the HSL app, and buying tickets couldn't be easier. The mobility budget can be used to pay for:

  • Single tickets
  • Multi-journey tickets (10- and 20-journey tickets)
  • Day tickets (1–13 days)
  • Season tickets (30–360 days, excluding auto-renewing saver subscriptions)

How does it work

  • Open an HSL corporate account. It will take a couple of days to activate.
  • When you add beneficiaries, you can choose between a flexible mobility budget or a monthly mobility budget. 
  • Choose the mobility budget amount and send an invitation to the beneficiary. 
  • The employee can access their mobility budget immediately in the HSL app.
  • We will invoice you once a month based on actual use, no other costs.
