How does HSL Business Travel work?

Grant your employees a mobility budget for business travel easily in the HSL Business Portal. You only need your employees’ email addresses.
You can freely choose the amount you want to offer your employees.
The employee will have access to the mobility budget immediately in the HSL app.
In the Business Portal, you can track your employees’ ticket purchases in real time. You can also generate reports of all ticket purchases. The reports also show the reason for the journey or an other description provided by the employee.
We invoice all tickets for your employees in a single monthly invoice based on actual use. We do not charge for unused mobility budget.
