A single or day ticket included with an invitation is a welcome gesture that encourages environmentally friendly travel.

As an added benefit, you won't need to spend time processing expense claims after the event.

 

Day tickets or single tickets, in the app or on paper

You can order day tickets (1–13 days) or single tickets for individual journeys for your group. The available ticket types are a ticket code for the HSL app and a printable QR code ticket.

Ticket codes for the HSL app

Choose ticket codes if the ticket recipients already have the HSL app.

How HSL app ticket codes work

  • Order ticket codes through an HSL corporate account (opening an account requires a Finnish Business ID) or using the order form.

  • Choose the number of day tickets (1–13 days) or single tickets you need.

  • We will deliver the ticket codes to your email address in an Excel file.

  • Distribute the ticket codes to the users. They can redeem the ticket in the HSL app.

Printable QR code tickets

Choose QR code tickets primarily if the ticket recipients do not have the HSL app.

How paper QR code tickets work

  • Order tickets through your HSL corporate account (opening an account requires a Finnish Business ID) or using the order form.

  • Choose the number of day tickets (1–13 days) or single tickets you want.

  • We will deliver the QR code tickets to your email address as a PDF file. Orders of more than 100 tickets can be delivered as printed tickets by post or collected from the HSL service point for an additional fee.

  • Distribute the tickets to the users. The recipient activates the ticket by showing it to a card reader on board or at a Metro station.

Remember to order your tickets well in advance

Orders for group tickets peak in late spring and during the pre-Christmas party season. To allow for busy periods, the delivery time for tickets is 14 days, so please place your order well in advance.
