Businesses, groups, and schools can exchange disposable cards for new tickets starting from 1 January

Single and day tickets previously available on disposable cardboard cards were replaced with QR code tickets in September 2025. The use of the disposable cardboard cards ended completely on 31 December 2025. If you still have unused disposable cards, you can exchange them for replacement tickets until 2027.

Disposable cards can be exchanged for replacement tickets between 1 January 2026 and 30 September 2027

If your company or organization still has unused disposable cards, you can exchange them for new tickets free of charge. They can be exchanged for ticket codes for the HSL app or for paper single or day tickets. The disposable cards to be exchanged must be unused and valid at least until 1 January 2026. We do not exchange cards that expired in 2025 or earlier.
