Starting 24 September, single tickets and day tickets for companies and groups are issued as QR code tickets. These tickets are activated at card readers on board or at stations at the start of the first journey. Tickets must be activated within one year of purchase. How to use a QR code ticket
How to order QR code single and day tickets
You can order single and day tickets through the HSL Business Portal. Please note that you’ll need a Finnish business ID to use the Business Portal.
You can also order tickets from HSL Corporate Sales by email:[email protected]. Please include the following details in your message: ticket type and quantity, customer group, zones, your business ID, contact details, invoicing address, invoice reference, and delivery address.
Tickets are delivered by email as a PDF file, which you can print. If you order more than 100 tickets, they can also be delivered pre-printed by mail or picked up at the HSL service point.
Use and validity of tickets
The tickets must be activated within one year of purchase. The ticket becomes valid when you show the QR code to a card reader.
Prices
Ticket prices are available here. Prices are based on the price list valid on the date of the order.
Delivery
If you choose delivery by email, tickets will be sent to your email in PDF format within 14 days of the order. No printing or delivery fee will be charged.
If you choose delivery by mail or pick-up from HSL’s service point, tickets will be printed and delivered within 18 working days of the order, excluding the day the order is placed. Printing and delivery fees depend on the number of tickets ordered:
If you order 100–500 tickets
- €144 for the first 100 and €10 for each additional 100 (+25.5% VAT)
If you order 100–500 tickets
- €180 for the first 500 and €5 for each additional 100 (+25.5% VAT)
If you order more than 1,000 tickets
- €200 for the first 1000 and €4 for each additional 100 (+25.5% VAT)
Terms of delivery
Unused tickets will not be refunded. The order is binding.

30 days net + late payment interest An invoice will be sent once the order is received.
