Sales of disposable cardboard cards to companies and groups will end on 10 September at 4pm. If you have previously purchased these cards, you can continue using them until 31 December 2025. The disposable cardboard cards will be replaced by new single and day tickets featuring a QR code. These new tickets will be available for companies and groups from 24 September.
Between 11 September and 23 September, we recommend ordering ticket codes that recipients can use to redeem single or day tickets in the HSL app. You can order ticket codes either through the HSL Business Portal or using our order form. If you use the order form, send the signed form as an email attachment to [email protected]. We will send the ticket codes in a separate list by email.
During this period (11–23 September), only digital tickets can be ordered. Starting from 24 September, single and day tickets will again be available for order, with a delivery time of up to two weeks. Please also note that there may be delays in the delivery of disposable cardboard cards due to high order volumes.
Single and day tickets for companies and groups starting from 24 September
Starting 24 September, you can order single and day tickets through the HSL Business Portal or by email. We will provide detailed instructions on how to order these tickets closer to the date.
The tickets will be delivered by email as a PDF file that you can print out. There are no service fees for these orders. Orders of more than 100 tickets can also be delivered pre-printed by post, or you can pick them up from the HSL service point. A service fee starting at €144 (+VAT) will apply for these orders.
QR code tickets need to be activated at card readers on board or at stations. The tickets must be activated within one year or purchase.
