Terminating a 360-day ticket purchased using the mobility budget

If your employee moves away from the HSL area or their employment is terminated, we can terminate a 360-day employer-subsidized commuter ticket that the employee has purchased using the mobility budget. Make an agreement with the employee on the expiry date of the ticket. After this, contact HSL Corporate Customer Service and tell us that you want to terminate the 360-day ticket that your employee has purchased using the mobility budget. Tell us also the expiry date of the ticket. We will refund any full 30-day periods remaining on the ticket on your invoice. If the employee has purchased the ticket using their own payment method in addition to the mobility budget, we will compensate the employee and the company for the amount in proportion to the payment methods.

 

We will charge you a cancellation fee of EUR 39–70 based on the zones of the ticket. We will cancel your employee’s ticket on the day requested. As the employee will not be notified of the termination of the ticket, it is important that the employee knows the expiry date of the ticket. 

Updating a 360-day ticket purchased using the mobility budget

If your employee moves to a new address and needs more zones to be added to their ticket for their commute, we can update the zones of the ticket. Make an agreement with the employee on the date from which the new zones should be activated. After that, contact HSL Corporate Customer Service and tell us that you want to update the zones of the 360-day ticket that your employee has purchased using the mobility budget.  In this case, we will cancel the 360-day ticket and refund any full 30-day periods remaining on the ticket on your invoice. If the employee has purchased the ticket using their own payment method in addition to the mobility budget, we will compensate the employee and the company for the amount in proportion to the payment methods.

 

After this, you can grant your employee an amount of mobility budget that allows them to buy a new 360-day ticket for the required zones. You can do this yourself or we can do it for you when you call us. Tell your employee the expiry date of the current ticket and when they can buy a new ticket for the required zones.
