Changes to tickets purchased using the mobility budget
Terminating a 360-day ticket purchased using the mobility budget
If your employee moves away from the HSL area or their employment is terminated, we can terminate a 360-day employer-subsidized commuter ticket that the employee has purchased using their mobility budget. Agree with the employee on the expiry date of the ticket. After this, contact our corporate customer service and let us know you want to terminate the 360-day ticket your employee purchased using their mobility budget. Also tell us the expiry date of the ticket. We will refund any full 30-day periods remaining on the ticket on your invoice. If the employee has purchased a ticket using both a mobility budget and their own payment method, the refund will be divided between the company invoice and the employee's payment method in proportion to the original payment amounts.
We will charge you a cancellation fee of €41–71, depending on the ticket's zone. We will cancel your employee’s ticket on the day requested. As the employee will not be notified of the termination of the ticket, it is important that the employee knows the expiry date of the ticket.
Updating a 360-day ticket purchased using the mobility budget
If an employee moves to a new address and needs additional zones for their commute, we can update the zones on their ticket. Agree with the employee on the date from which the new zones should take effect. Then contact our corporate customer service and let us know that you would like to update the zones on the 360-day ticket your employee purchased using their mobility budget.
We will cancel the 360-day ticket and refund any remaining full 30-day periods on your invoice. If the employee purchased the ticket using both a mobility budget and their own payment method, the refund will be divided between the company invoice and the employee's payment method in proportion to the original payment amounts.
