The view where beneficiaries can be removed.

You can remove a beneficiary from the HSL Business Portal, for example, when their employment relationship has ended.

To remove a beneficiary:

  1. Find the beneficiary on the Beneficiaries tab.
  2. Click on the beneficiary’s name on the list.
  3. In the beneficiary's details view, click Edit and then Remove beneficiary.

When you remove a beneficiary from the HSL Business Portal, their benefit(s) will also end. The beneficiary will be removed from your Business Portal account, and you and the other admins in your organization will no longer have access to their information. Tickets purchased by the beneficiary will continue to appear in reports without the beneficiary's name, even after the beneficiary has been removed from the service. The beneficiary's name will continue to show in the Business Portal transaction log.

Please note that removing a beneficiary from the Business Portal does not remove their data from HSL's customer data system. The data will be retained in accordance with the HSL Customer Register Privacy Statement.

If you need the beneficiary’s purchase history later, print the most recent purchase report before removing the beneficiary.

If you later want to restore a beneficiary in the Business Portal, you can do that in the Add beneficiaries view in the usual way.

If you have fixed-term employees for whom the benefit must be activated and deactivated at regular intervals, it is advisable not to remove the beneficiary, but to use the “Edit benefit” or “End benefit” functions.

Add beneficiaries view in the portal.
