What to do when your commuter benefit ends

When your employer terminates your commuter benefit, you will receive an email notification about the termination. Your season ticket will remain valid until the end of the current 30-day period. You can see your ticket information in the HSL app.

If you want to continue your auto-renewing subscription by purchasing a season ticket yourself, select your own debit or credit card as the payment method in the HSL app. The subscription will end automatically if no alternative payment method is found.

Please note that if you have saved your debit or credit card details in the HSL app, the next season ticket will automatically be charged to your card. If you do not want to continue the subscription, open the HSL app, go to Your subscription and select End subscription.
