The Metro will run approximately two hours later than usual on the nights of Friday 27 June, Saturday 28 June and Sunday 29 June
Over the weekend 27-29 June, the Metro will run approximately two hours later than usual. Services will run every 15 minutes on both lines, M1 and M2, until the end of service. This means that the Metro will run every 7.5 minutes between Kivenlahti and Itäkeskus and every 15 minutes between Itäkeskus and Puotila/Mellunmäki.
There are no Metro services to Vuosaari and Rastila stations due to bridge work. You can reach Vuosaari and Rastila from Itäkeskus by replacement bus 99V. On Friday to Sunday nights, the last service on bus route 99V departs from Itäkeskus at midnight. Later at night, you can get to Rastila and Vuosaari from the city center and Suvilahti by night buses that run along Sörnäisten Rantatie and Itäväylä.
Last Metro services
- From the Railway Square (Rautatientoril) to Mellunmäki at 1.34am and to Puotila at 1.41am. The last service to Kivenlahti will depart at 1.36am.
- From Kalasatama to Mellunmäki at 1.40am and to Puotila at 1.47am. The last service to Kivenlahti will depart at 1.29am.
- The last services from the termini will be: from Kivenlahti at 1.11am, from Puotila at 1.12am and from Mellunmäki at 1.15am.
Public transport takes you to Suvilahti
The easiest way to get to Suvilahti is by taking the Metro to the Kalasatama Metro Station. At night, after the festival ends, you can also take one of the night buses to East Helsinki that run along Sörnäisten rantatie and Itäväylä. Additionally, tram 13 runs between Nihti, Kalasatama and Länsi-Pasila. The tram runs every 10 minutes on Friday and Saturday nights between midnight and 1am, and on Sunday night between 11pm and midnight.
The stops for the night buses to East Helsinki are accessible via the REDI shopping center lifts on Kalasatamankatu.

We recommend that festival goers use the Metro for their journeys home, as it has more capacity than buses.
