In the southern downtown area of Helsinki, trams 2 and 3 will run a one-way loop and change route numbers at the Olympia Terminal. The trams will run along the same route in the southern downtown area.
Tram 2
Tram 2 towards Pasila station will be diverted to run via Laivasillankatu, Eteläranta, the Market Square, Katariinankatu, Snellmaninkatu, Liisankatu, Kaisaniemenkatu and Kaivokatu to Mannerheimintie.
Tram 2 towards the Olympia Terminal will run from Simonkatu to the Olympia Terminal via Mannerheimintie, Bulevardi, Fredrikinkatu, Laivurinkatu and Tehdaankatu.
The tram will not serve the following stops:
- Rautatieasema (H0301)
- Mikonkatu (H0424 and H0425)
- Ylioppilastalo (H0401)
- Aleksanterinkatu (H0403 and H0404)
- Senaatintori (H0405 and H0406)
- Kauppatori (H0430)
- Eteläranta (H0432)
- Olympiaterminaali (H0434)
Tram 3
Tram 3 will run along its normal route in the direction of the Olympia Terminal.
Tram 3 towards Pikku Huopalahti will be diverted to run via Laivasillankatu, Eteläranta, the Market Square, Katariinankatu, Snellmaninkatu, Liisankatu, Kaisaniemenkatu and the Central Railway Station to Mannerheimintie.
The tram will not serve the following stops:
- Olympiaterminaali (H0434)
- Kaivopuisto (H0436)
- Neitsytpolku (H0438)
- Kapteeninkatu (H0440)
- Eiran sairaala (H0442)
- Viiskulma (H0815)
- Iso Roobertinkatu (H0813)
- Fredrikinkatu (H0803)
- Erottaja (H0801)
- Ylioppilastalo (H0701)

Tram 4
Tram 4 will run via the Central Railway Station, Liisankatu and Snellmaninkatu in both directions.
The tram will not serve the following stops:
- Ylioppilastalo (H0401 and H0402)
- Aleksanterinkatu (H0403 and H0404)
- Senaatintori (H0405 and H0406)
Tram 9T
Tram 9T will run from Simonkatu to Kolmikulma via Mannerheimintie.
The tram will not serve the following stops:
- Rautatieasema (H0301 and H0302)
- Mikonkatu (H0424 and H0425)
- Aleksanterinkatu (H0403 and H0404)
- Senaatintori (H0405 and H0406)
- Kauppatori (H0429)
