Bus route 55 to be diverted in Kalasatama on 7-11 August

Bus route 55 will be diverted in Kalasatama in both directions from 7 August to 11 August. The bus will not serve stops on Vilhonvuorenkatu and Koksikatu, nor the stop at Kalasatama Metro Station (H2564).

Bus route 55 will not run via Vilhonvuorenkatu and Koksikatu from Thursday morning, 7 August, to Monday evening, 11 August.

  • The bus will run towards Koskela via Sörnäisten rantatie, Leonkatu and Hermannin rantatie.
  • The bus will run towards Railway Square (Rautatientori) via Hermannin rantatie, Työpajankatu, Tynnyrintekijänkatu and Sörnäisten rantatie. 

The "Sörnäisten rantatie" (H2525 and H2526), "Parrulaituri" (H2571 and H2572) and "Kalasatama (M)" (H2564) stops will not be served. 

The alternative stops will be "Suvilahti" (H2518 and H2519) and "Kalasatama (M)" (H3004). 

The diversion is due to the Flow Festival held in Suvilahti. The buses will resume their normal routes on Tuesday morning, 12 August.
