During autumn 2025, some neighborhood bus routes serving East Helsinki will resume operations in two stages:
- From 23 September: bus routes 812, 813, 814, 815, 816, 817 and 818
- From 1 October: route 701 and more extensive service for routes 813, 816, 817 and 818
The routes will be operated by Korsisaari Oy and Koillisen Liikennepalvelut Oy. Please note that while some routes will resume operations on 23 September, not all services will begin operating until 1 October. Routes 94B, 702 and 805 already resumed operations on 22 August.
The changes are due to the bankruptcy of the previous operator, Taksikuljetus Oy, in August 2025.
