Bus routes 570 and 570N to be diverted in Tikkurila 27 July–30 August

Bus routes 570 and 570N will be diverted in Tikkurila from Monday 27 July due to the construction of the Vantaa light rail. The buses will not run along Ratatie in front of Tikkurila station, and bays 16 and 18 will not be served. The closest stops will be on Unikkotie near the Tikkuri shopping center. The buses will resume their normal routes on Monday 31 August.

Diversion route from 27 July to 30 August

Ratatie will be closed to traffic at Ratakuja while a temporary bridge is built on Ratatie over the tram tunnel construction site. During the construction work, bus routes 570 and 570N will be diverted to run via Tikkurilantie, Ratatie and Unikkotie south of the station.

 

Ratatie will also be closed to pedestrians and cyclists.An alternative walking route is available via platform 1 at Tikkurila station. Additional signage has been installed at the station and along the walking routes.

 

Buses 570 and 570N will resume their normal routes on Monday 31 August.

During the diversion, the buses will not serve the following stops:

  • Bays 16 and 18, Tikkurilan matkakeskus (V6107 and V6140)
  • Lauri Korpisen katu (V6223)
  • A. Petreliuksen katu (V6224)
  • Tikkurilan lukio (V6231)
  • Vaihdepolku (V6136 and V6137)

 

Closest alternative stops:

  • "Vehkapolku" stops on Unikkotie near the Tikkuri shopping center (bays 25 and 26)
  • Towards Tikkurila, the "KRP" (V6204) stop on Tikkurilantie

Changes to timetables

Due to the diversion, buses may arrive at stops earlier than usual between Jumbo and Hakunila. Departure times from termini will not change. Check stop-specific timetables in the Journey Planner.

The special timetables are in effect until 30 August. Buses will resume their normal route in Tikkurila on Monday 31 August, when the autumn timetables take effect.
